It has been nearly a month since VinUni Leadership Bootcamp 2026 officially came to a close. As the first weeks of the new term gradually pass, students have returned to their familiar academic routines on campus – yet many memories and lessons from the Leadership Bootcamp surely still linger.
Beyond the activities and challenges, what remains most vividly within each student is perhaps a renewed perspective on leadership, teamwork, and one’s role within a collective. These transformations are clearly reflected through five distinctive leadership styles – each representing a unique viewpoint and approach to collaboration, decision-making, and overcoming challenges together.
☀️ “Sun” brings positive energy, sparks inspiration, and motivates action. Individuals with this style are often initiators, ready to lead their teams beyond their comfort zones.
☁️ “Cloud” serves as the emotional anchor of the group, emphasizing connection and mutual understanding among members. This is the “glue” that helps maintain balance and consensus within the team.
🌧️ “Rain” is reflected in careful consideration and deep thinking, consistently paying attention to details before making decisions, thereby minimizing risks in critical situations.
⚡ “Lightning” stands out for speed and adaptability, constantly generating new ideas and responding swiftly to change, helping teams keep pace with fast-moving challenges.
🌩️ “Thunder” embodies decisiveness and focus, keeping the team on track and ready to take control when pressure intensifies.
At Leadership Bootcamp, students had the opportunity to flexibly combine these five leadership styles, forming teams that were both effective and closely connected. Let’s join the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) in exploring how VinUni students have brought their strengths to life through each leadership style!
