Leading by Stepping Back: Leadership Ambassadors at Leadership Bootcamp 2026

🌟 At the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS), leadership is never built alone. VinUni Leadership Bootcamp 2026 further advanced this vision with the introduction of Leadership Ambassadors – students from previous cohorts who returned to support the new generation. The objective is to form a two-layer experiential learning journey:
The new cohort was challenged by the IOGT faculty through intentional pressure and rotating roles to develop leadership. Meanwhile, the Ambassadors faced a different test: not to lead from the front, but to practice servant leadership through restraint – observing closely, holding space and often stepping back.
🤝 This structure reflects the core belief of LDB ’26: leadership is not about control, but about expanding others’ capacity to grow.
