7749 Insights of Leadership Bootcamp Ambassadors

Leadership Bootcamp 2026 marks the first year the role of Leadership Bootcamp Ambassadors is officially introduced. More than supervising or supporting students, they stand in between the challenges and the journey, offering guidance, feedback, and reassurance along the way.
Having once stood where the students are now, these Ambassadors experience the Bootcamp from a completely different angle. They witness moments of hesitation, breakdowns, breakthroughs and, of course, victories. There are answers they hold back, emotions they can not resist watching the students overcoming their fears, and insights formed in the in-between moments.
