Over two days, January 20-21 of 2026, the first warriors of Leadership Bootcamp 2026 officially began their journey of developing leadership through a spirit of service. These were the very first steps on a path of pushing personal limits, learning to grow with a team, and maturing through every challenge.
At VinUni Leadership Bootcamp, leadership is not about standing in front, but about stepping forward when others need support. Through each task and interaction, participants were encouraged to lead by serving, putting the collective good first, taking responsibility for one another, and creating impact through empathy and action. From physically demanding tasks that required teamwork and adaptability, to activities that encouraged teams to listen, empathize, and support one another, every moment became a valuable lesson in leading with compassion and responsibility.
The journey of Leadership Bootcamp 2026 has officially begun, where leadership is shaped through service, shared responsibility, and growth alongside one another. As new challenges await and meaningful lessons continue to unfold, let’s join the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) in looking back at the memorable moments of Section 1 – Kick-off Day, and continue following the next stages of Leadership Bootcamp 2026!
