VinUni-CAS Signs Cooperation Agreement with Art Space Association

February 2, 2026

On the morning of February 2, 2026, with the aim of promoting international cultural exchange and expanding experiential learning opportunities for students, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) of VinUniversity officially signed a cooperation agreement with ART SPACE Association – a France-based cultural organization dedicated to promoting Vietnamese culture globally through the creativity and perspectives of young generations.

Founded in 2018, ART SPACE Association currently brings together more than 100 young Vietnamese and Vietnamese-origin members from 16 countries. Through its flagship project Toucher Arts, ART SPACE has organized dozens of cultural promotion activities in France and internationally, introducing Vietnamese culture to global audiences through art, music, cinema, exhibitions, and cultural education programs.

The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Umberto Ansaldo, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences; Dr. David Guimond, Program Director of Multimedia Communication, College of Arts and Sciences, VinUniversity (VinUni-CAS); Ms. Nguyễn Lê Hạnh Nhi, Chief Representative of ART SPACE Association in the Northern Region; Ms. Trần Bảo Trâm, Communication Manager of ART SPACE Association; along with other representatives of the two institutions.

Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly implement academic and creative initiatives to connect VinUniversity students in general, and CAS students in particular, with international cultural projects. The collaboration will focus on activities related to film festivals and art exhibitions organized by ART SPACE Association in Europe, as well as the co-organization of cultural exchange programs, thematic talks, and opportunities for students to participate in interdisciplinary and cross-border media and arts projects.

Through this partnership, CAS students will gain greater access to an internationally oriented practice-based environment, directly engaging in cultural and media content production, thereby strengthening their creative capacity, global mindset, and understanding of the role of culture in an increasingly interconnected world.

The cooperation agreement between CAS – VinUniversity and ART SPACE Association marks a meaningful step in bridging academic learning with creative practice, and education with international cultural engagement. The partnership is expected to open new experiential pathways for students while contributing to broader efforts to promote Vietnamese culture on the global stage.
