From “strange individuals” to a “solid one”.
At Leadership Bootcamp 2026, leadership and team work can be revealed quietly through evolution of hands. In the beginning, hands met with hesitation: cautious grips, unsure pressure as new teammates learned how close is “close enough.” But as challenges mounted, one hand became many. Hesitation turned into dusty, firm palms locking together, instinctively reaching out to steady a teammate or shoulder a heavy load.
By the end, these individual efforts merged into a powerful circle of shared strength, proving that no one carries the weight alone. This is Servant Leadership in its purest form: not standing above, but trusting and working alongside to win together! 🤝
